TekSource Canada is currently seeking an intermediate .Net Developer/Support Analyst with 1-4 years experience to join our clients' dynamic, innovative and growing Support Team.

This is a DEVELOPER SUPPORT POSITION, and not a traditional development gig. Although there is a lot of crossover, this job is not working on a product or project per se, but rather working with our client's products with their customer base and *their* implementation.

Candidates will have working experience with the Microsoft ASP.NET platform in a development or support role, and have a desire to provide comprehensive developer support for the industry’s best-of-breed product line.

The Developer Support Analyst is responsible for the following:
- Provision of Technical Support Services to End-User Developers
- Provide ongoing one-on-one pre and post-sales support (via e-mail, online forums and phone) to our client's customer base of .NET developers
- Contribution to Technical Support Infrastructure
- Enhance customer “self-help” support tools such as product documentation, tutorials, programming examples, demos, FAQs and knowledgebase articles
- Suggest, develop and implement new Support policies, processes and systems to streamline and maximize the effectiveness of the Technical Support function
- Develop and maintain the internal website
- Contribution to Product Development
- Track product bugs, user comments, suggestions etc. Organize and present this feedback for continuous product improvement
- Work with the QA team to create product test cases
- Company Representation in the Developer Community
- Represent the company in the online .NET developer community
- Write and/or contribute to technical articles for online resource sites

Qualifications (1-4 years experience):
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft ASP.NET
- Help desk and/or customer support experience
- Knowledge of the Microsoft .NET framework, C# and VB.NET
- Knowledge of Javascript/DOM/AJAX
- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Technical documentation experience an asset
