Hi all,

Here is a useful link:

http://www.experts-exchange.com/Programming/Programming_Languages/Dot_Net/

Any of the Oreilly books are excellent choices for learning about .NET or other programming platforms:

http://dotnet.oreilly.com/

Hi Ali. The best tool around is the Web! I would rank MSDN as #1 choice for "in depth" information with examples and you can try www.vbCity.net it has ton of examples.

Hi,

I'm very satisfied with the book Visual Basic .NET Web Applications (Osborne/Mc Graw Hill) which also is a study guide for Microsoft's exam 70-305.

bye

Check out the MSDN webcasts (http://msdn.microsoft.com/training/webcasts/). There's a lot of great material there and there are two or three series of presentations on getting started with VB.NET.
